Culture is that complex whole which includes knowledge, belief, arts, morals, law, custom and any other capabilities and habits acquired by human beings as members of society.
It may also be seen as the connective programming of the mind which distinguishes the members of one group of category of people from another.
One may also define it as a way a group of people live, behave and commercial led lighting do their things collectively in a society. The culture of peace is a set of values, attributes, modes of behavior and ways of life that reject and prevent violence by tackling the root causes to solve problems through dialogue and negotiation among individuals, groups, clans, ethnics and nations.
For peace and non-violence to prevail, we need to:
Foster a culture of peace through education by reusing the educational curricula to promote qualitative valued, attitudes and behaviors of culture of peace, including peaceful conflict - resolution, dialogue, consensus – building and active non-violence.
Ensure adequate gender balance through full participation of women in economic, social and political decision making, elimination of all of all forms of discrimination and violence against women and children, support and assistance to the needy.
Promote sustainable economic and social economic and social development by reducing economic and social inequalities, poverty, and assuring sustainable food, security, social justice, durable solutions to debt problems, employment replica horloges of women, special needs and environmental sustainability.
